For internal use of Viterbo Campus Facilities. 

All reservation requests should be submitted to the scheduling office at least 10 days prior to the event. Once you have submitted your reservation request, a copy of the request will be sent to your email account as well as to the scheduling office. This is not a confirmation, but only a copy of your request for your records. The scheduling office will be in touch within 3 business days. An email will be sent when a request is confirmed.

If you are doing two separate events, please submit them as separate requests.
